What is the "Rental Satisfaction Guaranty"?

As a Guest making the payment for the total rental to RVnGO.com, we will not release the funds to the Host until you accept pickup of the rental. If the RV is not available for any reason, or if it is not satisfactory in accordance with our Rental Satisfaction Guaranty Policy, we will refund your rental payment. When the RV is returned at the end of the rental, we will refund the damage deposit if there is no damage, or if there is damage, release the amount of damage caused to the Host and return any balance to you, the Guest.
