RVnGO was founded in 2015 and is based in Scottsdale, Arizona. Our platform came out of beta in December 2016 and we're continuing to innovate to provide new features to the site. RVnGO is the first free peer-to-peer marketplace for RV owners to list their RVs for rent. By doing so, we’ve created the best online site for anyone interested in renting an RV for their trip. At RVnGO.com, anyone can find the perfect RV for their camping trip, tailgating event, family reunion or romantic getaway.

Job Description

As a Sales Associate at RVnGO you will be responsible for creating and winning sales opportunities across the United States. The Sales Associate is responsible for establishing and continuously developing relationships with companies that rent RVs as well as individual RV owners. While you work in conjunction with our Concierge Service and Marketing team, you’ll build the skills to quickly influence Executive-level decision-makers and close deals by activating new users’ accounts on the RVnGO platform. This is an Inside Sales Role. This position reports to the Director of Business Development.

Position Responsibilities

  • Learn and utilize the consultative business approach of RVnGO to gain access to new Customers, build long-term relationships and contribute directly to our company's success.
  • Treat everyone as your customer – internally and externally to achieve success quickly. We’re looking for a fast, on the job learner who will dive into our systems and use them to propel themselves to success!
  • We are a start-up, so everyone wears multiple hats – you included! Gain knowledge of how other departments work to better understand and grow in the tech space!

Essential Skills and Experience

Proficient in the following - Microsoft Office, CRM system, Computers in general (we are a tech company)

Sales – Sell everyone like you’d want to be sold – Gain a deep understanding of your customers’ businesses so that you can make it their idea to come aboard!

Build relationships – Channel your ability to make friends instantly and build long-term relationships for your customers!

Analysis – Use our systems to extract the data that will make you most effective – and use it! Gather and understand the most important pieces of information needed to help the Customer with the problem or issue.

Create Wins – Small or Large, we celebrate them. You’ll have a team of experts helping you every step of the way to drive success for the company.

Listening – Ask the right questions and let the customer talk – most of the time they will tell you exactly what they need if you’re listening!

Establish trust – Maintain integrity in all actions internally and externally. Become a trusted adviser to your Customers and provide valuable feedback to the company.

Time Management – We value quality over quantity. Manage your time wisely and whether you have a big win or small, every day will be a winner.

Be Independent – Understand and prioritize per the needs of the company.
