            Making an Insurance Claim 

            If there is an accident with an RV rented under the RVnGO platform, please obtain the following:

            Location/Address where accident occurred
            Police Report number and/or copy of the police report 
            Photos of the damage

            In the electronic check out process, upload any photos and notes. If the RV was not returnable because of damage from the accident, please still complete the Check-Out form and note the fact the RV was not returned because of damage. At the bottom of the Check-Out form are instructions for filing an insurance claim. 

            To make an insurance claim, please call RPS Claims at +1 (844) 777-8323 or email at RPS_Claims@RPSins.com or you can complete a automobile loss notice online at https://my.rpsins.com/claimsfnol

            *Note: If your call is outside of business hours, please leave a message. Rest assured; you will be contacted within 24 hours to begin filing your claim.

            For any liability claims (damages to others’ property or 3rd party injuries), please reference Policy # CPA-100200
            For damage caused to the rented RV, please reference Policy # B1262BW0243518

            RVnGO has the right and will  collect the deductible in the event of a claim with the original payment method used for the rental.
