Adding a Driver's License as a Guest
As a Guest on RVnGO, we require that you upload a valid US/Canada driver's license between the ages of 25 and 70 for verification and insurance. Please note that you will not be able to make payment for a reservation until you have completed this requirement, in addition to the rest of your "Edit Profile" page.
Step 1:
After logging into your account, go to the "Edit Profile" page in the drop down menu in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
Step 2:
On the left side of the edit profile page, click the green "Upload License" button.
Step 3:
You will now upload the front and back of your license. Be sure to use a JPEG or JPG file type and not a PDF. Additionally, please ensure that the photo is close up, not blurry, against a white background, showing all four corners, and with no flash reflections to ensure that the upload is successful. You will also need to select the country of license (US or Canada) and click "Save". This process may take several minutes. If verification is still unsuccessful after ensuring the above requirements are met, please contact the RVnGO Concierge Team at 1-888-399-9505.
