What insurance should I have to rent my RV?
In almost all cases, owner's regular RV insurance does not normally cover damage to your RV during a rental, nor will it cover any liability you may have, nor the driver. You will need RV rental insurance that provides episodic liability coverage during the rental of your RV. Good news is, we have you covered with our Protection Plans that include up to $200,000 damage to the RV in an accident depending on the Protection Plan chosen. It automatically covers the owner and - through a separate Physical Damage Contract agreed to between RVnGO and the Guest - the Guest and Driver during the rental period for rentals processed through the RVnGO platform. The affordable nightly rate and the reimbursement deposit for any damages is paid by the Guest, so it's no cost and no risk for RV Hosts. RVnGO does not provide auto-liability coverage, the Host and Guest should arrange their own coverage either by the Host providing coverage through their coverage that also covers the Guest renting their RV, or the Guest having coverage either through the towing vehicle or having or getting a rider on their auto-policy that covers the RV rental..
