An RV Owner is called a Host. This can be a private RV Owner or RV Dealer with many RVs in a fleet. They are responsible for the RV and your experience using their RV.

If you are an RV Owner (RV Host) you list your RV(s) for rent or sale on RVnGO.com and will connect directly with RV Renters or Buyers (RV Guests) to either rent or sell your RV(s) to without interference from staff at RVnGO.

An RV Renter is called a Guest. If you are a person looking for rent or buy from an RV Owner (RV Host), then you are called a (Guest). You visit RVnGO.com to rent or buy an RV direct from the owner.

All messages and transactions between Guest and Host are facilitated through the RVnGO Platform. Any issues that revolve around the RV and the rental or purchase are between the Host and Guest. Any insurance claims during the course of a rental are to be handled between the insurance company, the Host and Guest. The RVnGO Platform, the Company and RVnGO staff are only responsible for the smooth function, operation and user experience of using the RVnGO website. The company and staff are not involved in or responsible for any event or misunderstanding between the Host and Guest.
