How to Review Inquiries and Accept
As a Host, you can accept, decline, or update an inquiry for a reservation.
Step 1:
After logging in, hover over the "Host" tab and in the drop-down menu click "Reservations." You will now be able to view all of your reservations, (ones that are upcoming, pending, and have already passed.) Click on the eyeball icon next to the reservation that you would like to see.
Step 2:
If you don't have to make any changes, click "Confirm Inquiry" on the right side of the page. However, if you need to change something before accepting the reservation, you can do so on this page. You have the ability to change the dates if needed. You can apply discounts here as well. You can also add on 24/7 Roadside Assistance if the Guest forgot to add it on or changed their mind. If they request delivery or any other add-ons that you have listed with your unit, you can update that here. After you have made the desired changes, click "Confirm Inquiry." Doing this will open up a payment window for the Guest and they will get an email letting them know that it's been accepted.
Step 3:
Once an inquiry is made, the Host and the Guest both have the ability to upload additional drivers to be insured on the right side of the page as shown below. If you hover over your name at the top of the page and click on "Messages", you and the Guest can message each other. Before making any changes to a reservation, we strongly suggest that you message back and forth. For example, if they have selected delivery, you will want to know how many miles you need to charge for.
