How Does RVnGO Protect You From Fraud?

It goes without saying that there are a lot of scammers out there and they can look legitimate many times. Some platforms allow you to speak directly with the Host or Guest before a transaction has taken place and request payment outside of the platform.
RVnGO STRONGLY ADVISES AGAINST ANY COMMUNICATION BETWEEN A HOST OR GUEST OUTSIDE OF THE RVnGO PLATFORM.

It is against our policy and practice, as it opens the individual to fraud and harm. Any transaction that occurs outside of the RVnGO platform and/or our payment processing partner, is not protected and we are not held liable or accountable for any loss or damage.

RVnGO uses ONLY STRIPE as our payment processor for all reservations. You can click here to read more about Stripe's security measures.

Payments are made ONLY through the Reservations page. RVnGO will never initiate a payment request through a call or email. If there are issues with payment, you will reach out to our Concierge Department.

As stated in another article - How Do I Know If My Payment Is Secure, We strongly encourage guests to be mindful of their communication with hosts on RVnGO. Keep all communication within our site to prevent fraudulent activity. A host on RVnGO should NEVER ask you for payment beforehand outside of our website. Additionally, all email communications from RVnGO will have the "@rvngo.com" domain at the end of the email address.

Should you notice any suspicious activity, please report it immediately to Support@RVnGO.com or call 1-888-399-9505.
