All transactions processed on the RVnGO platform include Protection Plans agreed to between the RV Host and RVnGO and, separately, the Guest and RVnGO. Plans include a Physical Damage contract (that is not insurance) agreed to by the RV Host and RVnGO and, separately, the Guest and RVnGO and Roadside Assistance. RVnGO does not provide auto-liability insurance coverage, instead we ask the Host to cover the rental through their insurance coverage or the Guest to extend auto-liability coverage through their auto-liability policy through existing coverage levels or obtaining a rider to cover the rental, or if the RV is towed, through the towing vehicles auto-liability coverage. We do not process other types of third-party insurance or other physical damage protection plans on our platform. If you want to use other forms of third-party liability insurance or physical damage protection products, you cannot rent out through our platform so you'll have to do so on your own website - but why do that? The total amount paid on other products is about the same as what the Guest pays on RVnGO. Plus, on our platform, RV Hosts don’t pay anything for physical damage protection and our reimbursement level is higher.
