RVnGO was founded in 2015 and is based in Scottsdale, Arizona. Our platform came out of beta in December 2016 and we're continuing to innovate to provide new features to the site. RVnGO is the first free peer-to-peer marketplace for RV owners to list their RVs for rent. By doing so, we’ve created the best online site for anyone interested in renting an RV for their trip. At RVnGO.com, anyone can find the perfect RV for their camping trip, tailgating event, family reunion or romantic getaway.

 
Job Description

As part of our Concierge team at RVnGO you will be responsible for delivering 5-star customer service, building trust and relationships as well as helping grow the business.  The Concierge Associate is responsible for working autonomously as well as within the team and other departments such as sales and marketing.  In this position you will be dealing with RV rental companies as well as individual RV owners and renters and will need to nurture and build relationships on all fronts.  This position is full time, but hours will vary and can include evening and weekend hours.  This position reports to the Director of Concierge Services.

Position Responsibilities

·         Learn and be proficient on our rental platform in order to help our customers have a successful seamless experience.

·         Treat everyone as your customer - internally and externally in order to achieve optimal success.

·         Deliver exceptional phone customer service with problem solving and confidence.

·         We are a start-up, so everyone wears multiple hats – you included! Gain knowledge of how other departments work to better understand and grow in the tech space!

                  ·         Help to support other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
     


Essential Skills and Experience

            ·         Proficient in the following – Microsoft Office (Excel,Word,Outlook)

            ·         2-3 years in customer service specifically in phone or virtual support

            ·         Problem-solving skills – Find solutions for your customer, think outside the box, go above and beyond. You must be a good listener and really hone in on your customers’ needs and act on a consultatory basis.

            ·         Building relationships - establish trust internally as well as externally, always maintain integrity, treat others with respect, maintain accountability to yourself as well as your teammates.

            ·         Create wins – Small or large, we celebrate them.  You’ll have a team of experts helping you every step of the way to help drive success for the company.

            ·         Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not necessary.
