Communications Between Hosts and Guests

Communications Between Hosts and Guests

Why should I pay and communicate Only through RVnGO directly?

Communicating  and Paying only through the RVnGO platform helps us ensure that you're protected under our Terms of Service, Payments Terms of Service, cancellation and refund policies, Host Guarantees, and other safeguards. It also makes it easy to find and reference important reservation details like a reservation's listing address, your itinerary, check-in details, questions or concerns or disputes, and other useful information. We can’t provide these protections and benefits if your reservation isn’t booked and paid for directly through RVnGO.
If a HOST suggests or requests that you share your email or continue or cancel the transaction to work with them outside of the RVnGO platform in any way, that is a policy violation and opens you up to potential harm and higher costs.

Paying or communicating outside of RVnGO also makes it more challenging for us to protect your information and puts you at greater risk of fraud and other security issues, such as phishing.

*No money is saved by the Host or Guest for working outside of the RVnGO platform so there is zero benefit of going outside of the system.
